August 31st, 2014 - Tony Knowles was back in action over the Labor Day weekend with a $3,000-to-win program at Rome International Speedway (Rome, Georgia) on Sunday night. Tony earned the pole position for the finale via qualifications, with Jason Croft on the outside. Croft assumed the point at the drop of the green flag, but Knowles would take control a few laps later. Knowles set the pace until lap 34 when he suffered a right rear flat tire and slowed on the high side to draw the caution. Unfortunately, contact from another competitor as Knowles rolled to a stop at the top of the track left him with heavy damage to his #26 TKR/Rocket/SAE Parts/RSD Enterprises Super Late Model, bringing his night to an early end.
